A searchable reference of 1,540 terms across cyber security, enterprise and operational risk, governance, operational resilience, transformation, cryptography, PKI, post-quantum cryptography and quantum security.

Definitions are written for boards and practitioners who need a shared vocabulary before a decision rather than after it. Cryptographic and resilience programmes fail on ambiguity long before they fail on technology. Two parties use the same term, mean different things by it, and the disagreement surfaces at the point where it costs the most to resolve.

Entries are grouped by domain and can be filtered or searched directly. The reference is maintained by SITG-Consulting and revised as standards move, including NIST FIPS 203, 204 and 205, CNSA 2.0, EU DORA and the NCSC migration timelines.
