Kantima oversees SITG-Consulting’s operations and client delivery, drawing on a background in executive marketing consultancy. She ensures engagements run with clarity, discipline, and a strong focus on stakeholder communication.
Clauden leads data architecture and cryptographic oversight, with experience in high-sensitivity intelligence environments. He focuses on secure data flows, digital asset frameworks, and practical controls that stand up to real-world scrutiny.
Jake Macdonald is an independent systems architecture and validation practitioner focused on boundary‑first technical inspection. He tests system claims, transitions, provenance, authority, and failure modes to produce reconstructable findings that stay within the evidence, supporting validation, technical assurance, and research in emerging technology and governance.
Vijay builds and maintains the data pipelines that support SITG-Consulting’s analysis and reporting. He focuses on data quality, reliability, and performance so decision-makers can rely on the information in front of them. Vijay is data best friend and worst enemy.

Chris is based out of New York.
Adrian is known in the industry as "The Fast CISO". Adrian is a cybersecurity executive with more than 20 years of leadership across healthcare, fintech, SaaS, telecom, and crypto. As CEO and Fractional CISO of Salas Elite Group, he guides boards on turning technical risk into clear business decisions. He has built security programs from the ground up, including at HHAeXchange where he established a nationwide HIPAA‑aligned security and compliance function, and later served as CISO at Principles and ShiftKey. He holds dual Master’s degrees in Cybersecurity and Homeland Security from Penn State. His fractional practice centers on strategic security leadership, AI governance, M&A due diligence, and regulatory compliance. He advises SITG‑Consulting on cybersecurity strategy and business risk.

Carsten is the founder of Spherity GmbH, a decentralized identity platform built for the fourth industrial revolution. He holds a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Aachen and previously served on the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Network. His work focuses on applying identity and trust technologies to secure supply chains, circular economy systems, and next‑generation industrial ecosystems.
